A variety of hand techniques are used to apply force to the body in order to effect changes in the physical and energetic systems. It features primarily grasping, pressing, penetrating, rubbing methods that are used to stimulate acupoints, activate the channels and collaterals of the Qi energy system, and manipulate the soft tissue and articular relationships of the physical body.

Cranio Sacral
"Listening through the hands" to the body's subtle rhythms and any patterns of inertia or congestion. Through the development of subtle palpatory skills the practitioner can read the story of the body, identify places where issues are held and then follow the natural priorities for healing as directed by the patient’s own physiology.

Reiki
Reiki is a healing, balancing energy that comes through the Reiki channel. It is a cosmic energy that enters through the crown chakra at the top of the head, flows down through the body, expands the auric field and flows out through the hands.
